Tayde Aburto
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Founder of the United States Business Association of E-Commerce. Born and raised in Morelia, Michoacán, México, moved to San Diego, California, in 2006. Tayde holds a Bachelor's in Economics and a Master's Degree in Marketing. Adept at cultivating strong relationships with people, corporations, and private and public organizations that support small businesses and the digital economy. Founded the Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce in 2008 and turn it into one of the largest Hispanic business associations in the country. Tayde has demonstrated passion for promoting businesses through education, technology, and the use of the Internet as a business tool to help build more prosperous communities and achieve their personal and business goals. Committed to help businesses grow and compete more effectively in domestic and global markets.
Neil Senturia
Senior Advisor
Neil Senturia is the classic serial entrepreneur. He has had three careers (unable to hold a job it seems) from writing sitcoms in Hollywood to real estate development and finally technology– nine companies as CEO or Chairman and another dozen that he has invested in. Currently Neil is CEO of Blackbird Ventures, a small venture fund that is focused on very early stage companies. Neil has taught entrepreneurship at San Diego State University (in the MBA program) as well as at the University of California, San Diego (Von Liebig School of entrepreneurism in the Division of Engineering) and is currently teaching entrepreneurism at Donovan State Prison. Neil is the author of three books about the lessons learned from his entrepreneurial journey– “I’m There For You Baby, the Entrepreneur’s Guide to the Galaxy,” list 2nd and 3rd books. Neil also writes a weekly column for the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Sergio Bravo-Solorio
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Sergio Bravo-Solorio received a BEng degree in computer systems from the Morelia Institute of Technology, Mexico, in 2003, and an MSc degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Michoacan, Mexico, in 2005. He holds a PhD degree from the Faculty of Science and Engineering of the University of Liverpool, awarded in 2011 under the supervision of Prof. Asoke K. Nandi. The same year, Sergio joined the Digital Forensics Research Group at the University of Warwick as an academic visitor, and, in 2012, he was granted a Research Fellow position to collaborate in the Milamber Digital project, supported by the Technology Strategy Board. The aim of his collaboration was to propose cutting edge solutions to cope with potential intellectual property conflicts in digital content distributed through an online marketplace. His research work has been published in three specialized journals.
Miguel Jiménez-Barriga
Senior UX/UI Developer
Master's Degree in Management Information Technology with the thesis 'Model for website development e-commerce'. Miguel has 15 years experience in the public and private sector as manager and Front-End Web Developer (HTML, CSS and Javascript). Miguel, started to practice his profession developing Web Backend systems for the public sector and over time he specialized in the management and development of Front-End Web projects in conjunction with the Web development team backend at DUBALU.COM.
Lisa Maino
Controller
Lisa Maino is a graduate from the University of California, San Diego with a dual degree in Economics and Spanish. Founder of Controller Consulting Group. Lisa provides Controller/Accounting Services to small and mid-sized companies. She has 16 plus years of experience in International Business and Finance. Her experience includes extensive work with financing and operational activities for a multinational export company.
Enrique Torres
Web Designer
Enrique is responsible for making sure that all the graphic elements of the USBAEC are great. He has more than 15 years of experience building beautiful web designs, making choices about layout, fonts, and images to create usable and aesthetically pleasing websites. He also works on individual page elements, such as logos or images, that are incorporated into the final design. Enrique has a deep foundational knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS.
